Lighting Design Proposal Delivery Time
Generally, it will take 4-6 working day (Monday to Friday) to complete a full Lighting Design Proposal. This is after user provides us with the document and information that is required. Our consultation will follow up with the buyers after received an order form.
However, there will be some cases that required extra lead time for lighting stimulation which will be result to the delay of the completion of Lighting Design Proposal. A form of written notice either through email or message will be deliver to users to notify such a delay if is happened.
There will be a Project tracking ID that updates the status of the project. When there is updates of the project, our system will send a notification to user's registered email.
Warranty Policy and Return Policy
At Walden, we stand behind the quality and performance of our products. This Warranty Policy outlines the terms and conditions of our product warranties and explains your rights and responsibilities as a customer.
1. Warranty Coverage
1.1. Duration: The warranty period is on standard of 2 years, exclude Magnetic Track Series, bulbs, and Exterior Lighting series which have only 1 year warranty. The warranty period starts from the date of invoice.

Product exclusion: There are certain product that is not cover under our warranty policy that include all kind of LED Strip lighting, switching power supply for LED Strip, LED Driver (for purchase of LED Driver only, not together with the bulbs), LED tube light, and other 3rd party LED Lighting products.
1.3. Scope: Our warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance.
1.3.1. Walden Lighting offer ONLY Carry-in Warranty, where consumer is responsible to deliver and transport the product to our workshop for warranty claim.
1.3.2. For the clarity sake, repair or replace of the product or its defective part does not include the labour cost of removal or installation work of the product.
1.4. Exclusions:** The following are not covered by our warranties:
1.4.1. Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or accident.
1.4.2. Damage resulting from improper installation, maintenance, or repairs by anyone other than authorized technicians.
1.4.3. Normal wear and tear, negligent use of improper voltage or current, abnormal or unusual use, improper operating temperature/environment.
